HI my names is luis, i am starting in the hobby. i say this
because a use to have a 20 gallon tank with 3 angels
17 years ago, they where with me for arround 3 years. and now i
bough a 60 gallon tank 2 month ago, and i am really lost. I am
having some problems. so i been seen the videos from KGTropical
and i know you guys can help because they say the things has
they are! So i am here to learn. than you!
Like i said, I have a 60 gallon tank tall, 2 marineland pinguin
filters, 1 is a 75 gallon filter and the other is a 30 gallon.
Now, it was stupid of my part not to inform my self before
starting the new tank. so i did not let the tank cicle complete,
i know, i know but i am trying and doing everithing i can to
save my fish. reading doing 50% water changes, using water
conditioning , etc. at this moment they are fine, they are not
showing symptoms of amonia toxification or anithing like that.
some of them have like a month with me and they are fine, they
are eating, swiming normal. well the thing is i have been doing
water test and the las one have me puzzle!
this is the reult- PH BETWEEN 7.0-7.2 / AMMONIA 4.0 / NITRITE 0
/ NITRATE 0 . HOW CAN THIS BE AND MY FISH ARE DOING FINE?
Sorry to post this here, but i did not know where to post it. I
really need some advise please . I dont whant to lose my fish
beacause of my mistake. Than you!

I would use a capful of SeaChem Prime daily until you see
ammonia and nitrites at 0 and nitrates starting to go up, do not
clean your filters until then. Prime makes ammonia and nitites
unable to hurt the fish but will still show on tests. Good luck,
and Tank Talk has a facebook page and thats where most people
are communicating
