       Peacock Cichlid Breeding

       I am currently interested in breeding African Peacock Cichlids.
       I don't have any experience breeding them so if anyone has any
       advice and experience in breeding them please comment below or
       private messaging me. I also want to know what kind of setup is
       recommended for breeding Peacock Cichlids. Thx.

       A few general breeding tips:
       1) A species only tank is probably the way to go for a peacock
       breeding setup.
       2) Male to female ratio is important. 1 male to 4 or 5 females
       is about right most of the time.
       3) When the fish have reached maturity. A large water change
       with cooler water can help to induce spawning.
       It's best to do some homework on the particular type of peacock
       you plan to breed.
