       Picky Eater

Hi Everyone! I have a 2.5-3 inch EB Acara and he won't eat any
kind of Cichlid pellet. I've tried a few NLS pellets and Omega
One Cichlid pellets (all sinking). He devours frozen brine and
blood worms. I've had him for two weeks and he acts normal. My
water tests good (ammonia 0, Nitrite 0, nitrate 5). My question
to the community is should I wait him out and keep feeding
pellets until he takes them or is there a different route of
food that will meet all his nutritional needs? I know Acara's
are mainly carnivores but feeding only brine and blood worms
doesn't seem right. His only tank mates are a syn cat and a
bushynose Pleco both around 2 inches. Any suggestions would be
       greatly appreciated.

They can go weeks without eating, wait for him to get hungry.
And don't let the food spoil in the tank, your catfish should
       eat any leftover

Thanks for the reply. The cat is there for that very reason.
I'm just going to wait him out. He's a stubborn one. :)
