Fish Suddenly Dying. Help.

So my tank has been cycled and there have been a few fish in it
for about 2 weeks. So I decided to add more neon tetras to my
tank. They were fine for about three days but Starting two days
ago one has died everyday. Randomly. I was looking at the tank
and came back an hour later with one of the fish caught in the
filter dead. What is going on?

Sounds like "new tank syndrome". Your biological filtering was
not ready for the fish. All my fish losses have been in the
first 2 months of the aquarium being set up. Or your latest
purchases may have had a disease.

The best way to add move fish to a newly setup and cycled tank
is one or two at a time, at lest that is what I have seen with
my tank. You can buy some stuff that help the cycle, like Fluval
Biological Enhancer, every time you add fish too. I have done
both and didn't lost any fish. Try doing a bigger water change
to help with the increase of ammonia from the new fish you
added. Good luck I hope you don't lose any more, it is a sad day
when a fish dies.
