       Hi everyone, I am just getting into the hobby and am starting
       up a 20 gal still cycling right now going to end up with a low
       tech planted tank. I hope i can get some awesome information
       from everyone here

       Welcome to the forum. I have a 55 gallon with 16 african
       cichlids and my 2 plants are plastic, so I can't help in that
       way. Have fun!

       I'm no Dustin, but I do have a planted tank and have had some
       decent success.
