       Too much flow?

       I have a 55 gallon african cichlid aquarium and i have two
       powerheads running that pull 1300 gph each i also have a 430 gph
       powerhead not running. My question is if this is too much
       current for my african cichlids.

       I think that's going to depend, in part, to how old or how large
       your fish are.
       Are you using the power heads to create a single direction
       current, or more of a circular (around the tank) spin.
