       pleco

I just added a pleco to my Mbuna tank to help with algae (I have
the tank in a very well light room and maybe to much sun). I
wanted to make sure that my pleco is good a healthy so I got
some algae wafers. My Mbunas always gets to it fist. I've tried
a couple of different things, putting it in with the other food,
putting it in before, after, and even right in the pleco's
hiding spot. Does Anyone else have the some problem and if so
how did you solve it I don't what this one to die I've had that
happen with every other pleco I've had. Thanks

I added a small pleco to my tank and it is doing great with the
algae and the mbuna ignore it. When it gets larger it will go
       after fish food

The pleco is nocturnal. Drop the algae wafer in the tank before
you turn the light on and the pleco should have a better chance
of getting most of the wafer.
