Help With fish ID

I need help with the ID of these fish. The store I got these
from was a mom and pop and they new next to nothing about them.
Thats why from now on I am buying from KG. OK here are the pics.
Also I will be showing my tank its a 50 gal please any advise
would be great.

Hey John !!! I am so glad you commented ;-) How long do you
think these guys will be comfortable in this tank ? I do plan on
getting a 150 gal but it will be a few months. The tank I am
getting from glass cages is gonna be a little over a thousand so
I will have to save for a bit. So I need to know a time frame on
growth for these guys.

If they're in a 50 gallon they'll be fine for a while. I
wouldn't worry about it ::)

Ok awesome ;-) Thank you so much ! Any suggestions on what you
think my next cichlid should be ? I want to order from you and I
want vibrant color...And now that you seen my tank how many more
would you suggest ;-)

I see a few venustus in the tank from those pictures. They can
get rather large (over 10 inches) and will outgrow that tank.
You should be ok while they are smaller but as they start to
grow you many consider a larger tank.

Oh I am lol ..I am going to move to a 150 gallon in a few
months. Thats why I was wandering how fast do the fish grow? Are
we talking years or months before you have to do a move up in
size ?
