Hey guys! I just got my new Aquaclear 70 for my 20 gallon tank.
I took out my old filter and installed my new filter. After that
I remembered the old filter carries the beneficial bacteria. Is
this gonna be really bad for the fish? Because the water is
       also turning cloudy.

If your tank is established there should be beneficial bacteria
on every surface in the tank, minimize feeding a few days and
use some Seachem Prime to neutralize the ammonia and nitrites.
Partial water changes will help also

prolly goin through a mini cycle since you dumped the majority
of BB. if you can still get to the old filter sponges and media
       put them in the ac70.
