       Which Food ??

Hi guys its been a while since ive been on here but i finally
got my 450lt tank all set up , running and the malawi's settled
in , now i finaly got around to buying the fish i have allways
wanted and the whole reason behind such a large African tank ,
       FRONTOSA's !! , i have bought 5 brown frontosa's ( not sure what
the offical name is or whether they are called something else
over in the US ) , as far as we are aware they are all females
and are currently about 2 inches long ( maybe a little smaller )
,currently being housed in a 250lt tank while they grow large
enough to get promoted to the big house.
My question is what should i be feeding them at this size to get
the best results out of them , bare in mind that the foods in
the US may or may not be avaliable in the UK and also how often
i should be feeding what etc etc
Any help or info would be very much appreciated and i will try
and get some pics up of the Fronts when i managed to catch 1
       thats not hiding

My tank is assorted mbunas so I use various pellets and
spirulina flakes and algae wafers. I try to stick to low protein
foods. Frontosas eat fish in the wild so you want a high protein
pellets. I recently watched a you tube video where the owner's
Frontosas were eating the peacocks and mbuna
