       hi john,THE RICK and all others i have a 20 gallon with 2 yellow
       labs and a kerbenskis how many more fish can i put in my
       tank?????? if i can whot do you recemend and if you have then i
       will by from you :D

       I think most members believe you need a bigger tank, those
       yellow labs will outgrow a 20 gallon in a year. A couple Rusties
       might be OK as they only get 4 inches.

       they only get 4 inches but eventually the will start picking
       fights with one another.

       It's really going to depend on how much filtration you have, as
       well as the amount of times you do water changes and general
       maintenance.
       For a 20 gallon tank, I wouldn't do more than 4 mbuna's max.  A
       tank that small gives no real escape from aggressive fish.   And
       as TexMex commented, it's just a matter of time in such a
       confined space that aggression issues will happen.

       thanks my filter is for a 30 gallon and I do water changes 1s a
       week 8) 8) 8) 8)

       What I usually do is get a filter twice a big for the tank. For
       example 40 gal get a 80 gal filter, so you never have to worry
       about filtration.
