Fish Tuberculosis any help or advice

Please help me John or Anyone know any treatment options for
Fish Tuberculosis its hard to say if this is my problem
the fish is eating prawans and is making good progress over the
few days i have him.

What did he look like when you got him?
Has he become worse since he's been in your quarantine tank.
I've seen stress do some strange things, not that this is stress
related since you say he's eating well.
I'm no expert, however if what's ailing your fish is truly TB
you need to be very careful as you too can contract TB from this
fish.
First, he really should be in a separate tank. As a contagious
disease, the fish you have with him will probably in time show
the same or similar problems.
You can try a treatment of Melafix, but I'm unsure if that will
cure all the problems.

This video is taken only few hours after i got him. all these
fish were in very small tank
with lots of big fish there was food every where in the tank it
could have been stress
i dont really know thats why i am asking for help he is eating
well i am adding tetra medica general tonic
thats all i can get my hands on over here in my lfs i am also
doing 20% water change everyday and taking out un eating food.
i will take your advice and put him in tank by himself
