       Hey John,
       Love all the helpful videos, podcasts, and forum posts, and on a
       side note, I just placed an order with Universal Rocks and I'm
       looking forward to receiving my new background soon. I'm one of
       those guys who loves to research and I have found it amazing how
       wide the spectrum on feeding opinion is. I would love to hear
       your thoughts on things like frequency of feeding, flakes vs
       pellets vs live food. Also, I heard some say that high protein
       food can cause bloat in mbunas, while others say it has nothing
       to do with food and everything to do with poor water conditions.
       I would love to hear your take on the topic.
