       That is another good rule to go by, I like mine to be as natural
       looking as possible and it does make for the odd blind spot but
       thats life. As you say, they are the ones that have to live in
       there, we just peek in every now and then. As long as I see all
       of them at least once a day I am happy enough.

       I have tanks with substrate and one tank without.  The one i
       have no substrate is a monster tank and will just have large
       fish in it.  I find it very easy to clean the large poop.  I
       clean it everyday at before feeding time.   It does however have
       some drift wood and a two large caves for the fish to hide in.
       I don't think I could have a completely bare tank.  I am cycling
       a breeding tank and this will bare bottom with just a few pots
       for breeding in or around.

       Alright here's "Whats in the box".  One needle nose gar, one
       lima shovelnose, one red oscar, one Jack dempsey(temporary maybe
       going good so far), one clown knife.  I really like this tank
       and everything working together nicely.
