       Worming

       Do you have to worm African Cichlids? if you do, how and how
       often do you do this?

       The majority of Malawi's I bought locally had some form of
       parasites so now I usually de-worm as part of the quarantine
       process for all my new fish.
       Using a combination of Prazi Gold, Metro Cure, and Epsom Salt.
       All at the recommended dose for 3 days with plenty of air stones
       to keep the oxygen level up.
