       Firstly, great work John with the utube videos...  finding them
       very helpful and entertaining. I currently have a 400l with a
       mixture of mbuna, peacocks and haps  (not recommended by most...
       I know) but working for me. Had my set up for nearly 2 years now
       and all cichlids were juveniles, so had the pleasure of watching
       them grow and gain their colours. Looking forward to hearing
       other cichlids lovers views and stories.
