We have some difficulties to have a full team this week.

Please refer to the Rules and Postponements pages on the
website. You have 2 postponements for the League and 1 for the
Cup - a total of 3.

Due to the tight schedule of the fixture list, each team will be
permitted a maximum of 2 postponements during the League season
and 1 during the Cup. If a team does not reply or send any
message either on the Forum or directly to a member of the
Committee before 15:00 on the Friday before the game, then the
team is considered to be using a cancellation up (should they
have any remaining).
Once the option to reschedule 2 games is used up, teams will
have to forfeit points if they can not field a side. The
postponements will be recorded on the 'Postponements' page.
Please note that if you take it upon yourself to re-organise a
fixture so as to cause no disruption to the League, no
postponement will be recorded against you. Equally, if your team
steps in during a week in which you are not due to play, you can
'reclaim' a postponement. Captains are asked to suggest an
alternative date when postpoining a fixture, or a date will be
fixed for them.
Postponements made during the final month of the League will be
subject to the Committee's approval.

Thank you very much for thoses explanations.
One more thing : if we want to re-organise a fixture which don't
cause any disruption to the League, in agreement with the other
team, we need to have a calendar of free weeks to play?
Is there weeks which are already defined as free week (without
fixture organized) ?
Thank you and really sorry for desagreement! We want to do the
better choice! ;-)
