URGENT- CONFIRMATION NEEDED FOR ENROLMENT 2015/2016

Hi Guys,
Please can you confirm if your team is/isn't playing this
season? The League committee is meeting tomorrow evening and we
need to know numbers ASAP as this will determine the league fees
per team!
Merci de nous communiquer si votre équipe jouera cette saison.
TLC se réuni demain et on a besoin de savoir parce que le nombre
d'équipes va déterminer les frais d'inscription.

était partant pour cette nouvelle saison.

Dear all,
Following yesterday's meeting of the Committee, we can confirm
that the Tankards League season will go ahead as planned.
Unfortunately Willin Bar and Belushi's have both dropped out,
but we are in discussions with an additional team at the moment
and we are hopeful that they will confirm soon.
In the meantime, there will be some slight adjustments to the
calendar in light of this, the main one being that the League
and Cup seasons will be run concurrently, and that teams will
play each other twice during the group stages of the Cup. For
example you may have 3 League fixtures, followed by a Cup
fixture etc etc – the Cup Final will of course be played at the
very end of the season.
The fixtures will be announced following the Cup draw which will
take place at the 5-a-side tournament.
So, the Key dates:
Sunday, September 27th: 5 aside tournament at LeFive at Porte de
la Chapelle – Kick off at 12:30
Sunday, October 4th: League season begins
Sunday, 25th October: Cup season begins
Important notes:
1) Please confirm your attendance at the 5-a-side tournament to
me and the Committee. The tournament is paid for by the League,
but if you wish to enter a second team, it will cost 50EUR.
2) Neil or Charlie will be in touch regarding your team's
payment - still at 950EUR.

Bonjour à tous,
Suivant une réunion de pilotage hier soir, nous confirmons que
la saison de la Tankards league aura lieu comme prévu.
Malheureusement, nous avons perdu Willin Bar et Belushi’s de la
Ligue, mais nous sommes en train de discuter avec une équipe
potentielle en ce moment, et nous attendons leur confirmation.
Le calendrier sera ajusté pour qu’on puisse maximiser la saison
pour tout le monde. Alors, la ligue et la coupe seront jouées
parallèlement, et il y aura un match aller-retour dans la phase
poule. Par exemple, vous jouez 3 matchs de la Ligue et puis un
match de la Coupe etc etc – La Finale sera joué à la fin de la
saison comme d’habitude bien sûr.
Les dates clés :
Dimanche, 27 septembre: Tournoi équipe à 5 à LeFive - Porte de
la Chapelle – Coup d’envoi 12:30
Dimanche, 4 octobre: La Ligue commence
Dimanche 25 octobre : La Coupe commence
Note :
1) Merci de confirmer votre présence pour le tournoi le 27
septembre à moi et/ou le Comité. Le tournoi est gratuit (payé
par la Ligue) mais si vous voulez engager un deuxième équipe,
vous pouvez payer 50EUR.
2) Neil ou Charlie vous contactera concenrnat le paiement
prochainement - toujours à 950EUR.
