her and hurling her shield with surprising precision to try and
trip him up.

Malkos was forced to parry the shield toss, leaving himself
vulnerable for a brief amount a long distance away from Claudia
and close to the ritual podium.

Without leaving himself time to hesitate, Armani rushed in and
struck with all his strength as Malkos parried Claudia's attack.
Floriana was dead, Olivia badly wounded...if Malkos had a clear
path to the princess before Elixis finished, this was all for
nothing! He had to end this now!

Malkos took the stab to the chest, but looked more worried about
the amount of time left in the ceremony compared to his large
injury.
He roared at Armami "GET OUT OF MY WAY"
