were a serious pact rather than a promise and a handshake.

Kagero was thrown off by this but nodded went to complete her
end of the bargain despite better judgment.

While it would have been easy, and probably even expected, for
Helena to attack Kagero after getting what she wanted, she
simply came out of her cell and stretched. She glanced at Kagero
curiously.
"How did you come to possess that key, may I ask?"

explained.
