"Do you mind if I accompany you, your majesty? I would like to
know what she says." Claudia muttered.
Additionally, she wasn't sure she liked leaving the princess
alone at night, not when her senses screamed she was in danger.

worries your teacher as long as there is still wine in the
castle." Claudia sighed as they walked.
It was not usually her way to speak ill of someone not there to
defend themselves, but while Claudia respected Floriana's
tremendous magical skill she did not care for the woman's
mercurial temperament, and still less for her drinking. Altara's
apparent concern for her tutor was a bit of a mystery to her.

sighed.
"She would not be the first person to be ensnared by a habit
that began innocently enough."
Floriana might be more functional than the drunks Claudia had
known, but this did not bring claudia great peace of mind when
she knew how powerful Claudia was compared to such folk.
