speak. You are the authority. If you don't act like it you won't

This response actually did seem to bring Floriana up short. She
peered at Altara with genuine surprise for a moment, before a
cynical smirk replaced it.
"I understand. It is unseemly for the court wizard to drink so
much, yes?" She sighed.
