Armani woke up in his bed again, head spinning slightly from all
he'd been through recently.
All right. Let's try not to make such a mess of things this time
around. He thought, getting up.
He'd have to act like things were normal, to start out. Find a
reason to stick around after Malkos and his compatriots left to
conspire in town for the evening...
And then be ready for them when they came back to kill the
princess tomorrow.

After a moment, as one could predict, Casey knocked on Armani's
door.
"You leaving, Armani?"

"Sure. I'll just be a second." Armani said, dressing and gearing
up quickly before he opened his door.
"Thanks for waiting."

"You never know when you're going to have a rough day. A good
night's sleep is in important." Armani said, smiling.
Casey hadn't been one of the bad guys...he could be at ease
around him, at least.

"Yeah..." Armani said, walking alongside Casey. He was quiet for
a moment, considering his options.
What could it hurt to ask?
"Casey, do you feel like anything has been strange lately?"
