The Moment It All Went Wrong

Armani went home as suggested once he had finished his task of
informing the castle of the king's death. He passed a quiet
evening there, unsure what to do with himself beyond saying a
few prayers and turning in early.
His sleep was troubled, and rife with bad dreams; ultimately
Armani elected just to get up early once he woke up the last
time, dressing and hurrying to the castle.
Armani wasn't a great believer in troubled dreams signifying
anything; it seemed obvious to him his sleep merely came from a
troubled mind. He was worried, and he could sense an air of
unease from others as well. What he needed, he told himself, was
just to find something useful to do and distract himself for a
while. He looked around as he entered the castle for any signs
someone might need his help.

Oddly enough, the castle was more bare than you would assume.
Not even Malko was at the castle yet although the Coronation was
today.
Kagero was at the entrance and turned to see who it was, but
sighed when she realized it was just Armani

"Oh. Good morning, miss. I didn't realize you were still here,"
Armani said, blinking in surprise when he saw Kagero.

"I..I wanted to support the princess on her special day but no
ones allowed in to see her before the coronation" Kagero pouted.
"So....I'm just anxious without a lot to do..."

"That IS strange. Others should have been around, especially at
a time like this."
