Not too far away, Elixis came down from the king's chambers with
a sad expression. He had been tending to the sickly king this
entire time as he spotted Armani
"A-Armani"

Armani nodded to Kagero happily, opening the door to let her
inside.
Seeing Elixis, he quickly grew more serious. Closing the door
quickly, he crossed over to the priest.
"Sir? I-Is something wrong?"

"No..." Armani paled, barely keeping his footing. The king,
dead? Then that meant the Princess was now Queen, and she didn't
even know yet. Armani could scarcely imagine delivering the dire
news, especially while she was having a moment with a friend.
"What do we do?" He asked Elixis helplessly.

"The king needs a burial...but more importantly, the princess
needs to be coronated as soon as possible. The kingdom cannot be
without a ruler in these times of peace"
