       Personality: Calm, rational, and practical. Kordan doesn't get
       worked up about much and tends to take things and people as he
       finds them. He doesn't seek out trouble in the hopes none will
       come to him and tends to go with whatever seems to work best.
       He's not much of an idealist, but he feels there's something to
       be said for doing with what you've got.
       Skills/Talents: Kordan is an incredible chef and brews almost
       unfairly good alcohol. He's also an astounding knife-fighter but
       has no particular desire to fight anybody and no other
       combat-related skills.
       Bio: Kordan is a barkeep and chef at a bustling tavern in the
       castle town, where smallfolk and knights alike enjoy some time
       to relax and have a good meal. With the popularity of his
       establishment, Kordan sees and hears a lot of what's going on,
       but he's known for minding his own business and never sticking
       his nose into anything that doesn't concern him. Kordan doesn't
       appear to have any ambitions beyond maintaining his comfortable
       little territory, and he is so skilled in that particular sphere
       nobody's ever dreamed of taking it away from him.
       Kordan was one of the few that saw Malkin's coup coming, but
       Malkin's clever planning included a quiet word to make sure
       Kordan remained neutral as always and would let events play out.
       It seemed like the smart thing to do with so much trouble on the
       horizon, and so Kordan went along with it and didn't interfere
       as the coup went off. He's been left alone since, having proven
       his trustworthiness by not raising the alarm against Malkin
       while he was laying his plans, but it didn't sit well with
       Kordan that the princess was killed. There was no need for
       that...but Kordan supposes it's too late to do anything about
       it, either.
