Hi Justice!
Even when my palm is off the screen, touch is not working when
the pen is close to the screen. So it seems that only one input
is allowed.

I have the same problem, Lenovo Thinkpad Yoga 14 that was highly
recommended on SurfaceProArtist as was Tablet Pro. Starting to
think this is a Lenovo problem.
I also can't touch more than one button at once such as
ctrl+shift. I'm aware of the tricks, but ultimately in Zbrush
you need the ability to hold down up to 3 modifier keys at once
and release one of them while holding the others. That combined
with the pen disabling touch makes it useless for Zbrush. The
pen issues makes it extremely limited in several other apps.
The only way to use the pen + keys without disrupting workflow
is with a real keyboard.

Any news on this?

I have a surface pro 2017 and I am experiencing the same issue.
seems like the forums have been abandoned by Justice, since
there is not a single one of them with a reply on the topic.
currently on the trial version, if i cant find a fix in a week I
probably wont purchase the software.

Exactly the same issue here with a new Surface Book 2 Windows 10
... already opened a new topic but nobody replying.
IŽd like to use Zbrush in tablet mode, but seems I have to get a
keyboard now.
