How do I get it to work on Surface 3

I just bought and activated it through app store on the Surface
3 non-pro.
When I'm on the screen asking me to install the four components,
I clicked the Artist Pad and downloaded the installer.
When installed, I'm presented with only TouchMouse and
TouchDesktop.
There are no other options.
I'm not able to find any settings to enable Artist Pad.

The four icons all link to the same installer file its one
application.

In the windows task bar Notification area you will see a white
icon of a mouse cursor. right click this to control the
application and different mouse modes.
