       Interface Keyboard Crashes Display

       When you enable the option, Swipe the screen to show virtual
       keyboard the graphics driver seems to crash and you end up with
       black screen. forced to reset with power button.

       Windows 10 Build Insider fast ring Build 11082
       Tablet Pro Beta45 pretty sure same thing happened on Beta44
       Surface Pro 3 i5
