       settings menu not showing up

       occasionally on windows 10 the settings menu will not appear
       after selecting it from the menu. This seems to occur because it
       will sometimes load in a different desktop. We are working on
       this bug.
       To fix. swipe in from the left and close the settings window
       from there. You can then reload it and it should show up in the
       correct place.
