       tablet pro/pad activation

       I use a lot of apps in full screen, for some that means no
       taskbar. sometimes I like to hide all tools to look at my work,
       the tablet pro pads can be assigned a button to close it but
       without the taskbar I can not open the tablet pro pad without
       backing out of full screen clicking the taskbar icon and then
       going back to full screen, not the most horrible situation but
       it would be nice to assign a keyboard shortcut to toggle the pad
       on and off, the only way I can see to activate it is the taskbar
       button. I tried to make a touchmousepointer pro shortcut but it
       doesn't do anything when you click it
