       How do I open the Tablet Pro settings?

       I have installed the app and trying to figure out how to open
       the Tablet Pro settings so that I can load shortcut panels, but
       it just seems impossible to find. On the start page of the app,
       all I can choose is "Getting started" which leads to a video
       where the settings are already opened but not showing how to
       open it, "Layout editor" or "Purchase". In the upper left corner
       there is a menu where I can pick "Settings", but it will only
       open an empty panel to the right side of the screen where I can
       do nothing.
       Maybe it's super obvious to everyone else how to do this, but I
       can't figure it out at all.
