       Tablet Pro + Multitouch Monitor on Desktop?

       Trying to navigate a solution for touchscreen audio editing, and
       I'm really interested in the gesture features of Tablet Pro for
       certain shortcuts.
       I see a lot of talk about support for Surface Pro 4-- which is
       just a touchscreen running windows 10. So, if I buy a 10 point
       multi-touch monitor supported by Windows 10, Tablet Pro can just
       run on my Windows 10 Desktop, right?
