       Can't download Tablet Pro manager from store

       I've only made it as far as trying to get the app from the
       Microsoft Store. When I press "Get" it does nothing but appear
       to refresh the app window, no download or anything starts. I've
       tried numerous solutions to fixing store bugs but no change, no
       other apps I've tried had an issue downloading from the store,
       just this one.
