       Cannot get touch and pen to work on Asus Transformer Mini  T102

       Tablet uses Windows Ink and appears to reject anything when the
       pen is close to the screen.
       It does not matter what settings I put in.
       I have it set to left handed (because I am left handed) and I
       have tried all of the toggles to accept or reject simultaneous
       input in windows and in TabletPro.
