       How do I press two keys?

       I'm attempting to set up an artist pad for 3D programs. One
       thing I need to do a lot is press two letter keys at the same
       time; for example, D+V and D+X are used a lot. Being able press
       both would be great, but I'd settle for combo keys too. How can
       I do either?
