       Scrolling too fast

       Hi!
       I'm using TabletPro since just a couple of days and it seems
       promising, although quite a handful to master ...
       Mostly I manage to do what I want but I can't make the scrolling
       speed as slow as I want.
       Both the two-finger scroll and the scroll list scrolls really
       fast, no matter what I change the settings to.
       Any suggestions? Or is this a bug?
       Scrolling is much smoother in Justice's videos than on my
       Surface Pro 4.

       I have the exact same problem and can't figure a way to scroll
       more slowly : 2%, step 1/10 give the same result than 200%/1
       step.
