how do i set the width of an artist pad?

I try to convert a PhotoShop ini to be narrower so it uses less
space on my surface pro 4.
I can not find an option to set the width of a pad. Only to set
the width of the buttons.
How can I set the width? Or can I?
If not this is a must have feature. I'd also like to create a
pad that's only a button width wide.

tablet pro settings > artist pad. layout of artist pad drop down
menu. small/medium/large

No custom widths...
However if you use float mode and set up to adjust size with two
fingers. You can drag it to the left side of the screen.
Depending on your float mode settings % of when it hits it will
jump-convert to full screen mode. With this technique you can
somewhat make a side pad to the % of screen space you desire.

I've seen a few people create medium or small Artist Pads "dock"
them and then drag them slightly off screen to take less screen
space.

How then do I set up the float to adjust the size with two
fingers? I too would like to have a toolbar that is narrow and
runs the full length of the right or left side. Thanks for any
help.
