       Request default language after CFW flash

       If you want to set default language after flashing all you need
       is to modify private\10202be9\1020503B.txt:
       0x1 int XX 16777216 cap_rd=ReadDeviceData cap_wr=WriteDeviceData
       where XX is language code ;) modify in rofs2 and you are good to
       go
       After reflash with CFW you will see the setup language. Put 20
       and after CFW flash the language will be English, but Australian
       ;D
