       Here is what I have found
       The first file related is
       mceextraitems.rsc

       As I suspected it is an extra field. It stores the value in an
       array.
       But since we don't see the dependencies I can't be sure which
       other element uses this array.
       I kept looking and there is a related file named
       mceextraitem.loc
       *     This file contains the localised strings for
       mceextraitems,
