Initiation/Hazing

For the two or three days until people catch on I think we
should start hazing new members with pranks. Remove this thread
once we start though. How it'd work is that we'd allow any
member with 20+ posts to access a hazing category that allows us
to prank any new member we see fit with Syko's blessing and
help. It'll get discussed on sploder and it'll get the site more
members once somebody ends up leaking it.
