1.) "Stone Cold" Steve Austin
He had the loudest reaction of the night and had the last laugh
in the main event.
2.) Daniel Bryan
"The American Dragon" pulled off an incredible victory against
his wrestling trainer and secured himself a spot in the second
round of the Cream of the Crop Tournament where he will be
facing Scott Hall.
3.) The Shield
Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns, and Seth Rollins made a huge impact
in their SXE introduction by showing the rest of the locker room
what they are capable of. Their obliteration of Apollo Crews
was uncanny.
4.) Kevin Owens
Kevin Owens did manage to get a clean victory over Sami Zayn but
his win was tainted by a post match attack at the hands of "The
Texas Rattlesnake."
5.) Cody Rhodes
Cody Rhodes took down a very game Johnny Gargano and did so by
making him pass out in the center of the ring. Cody would've
surely preferred a submission victory but he will be advancing
in the tournament regardless.
6.) Bret "The Hitman" Hart
His victory over AJ Styles may not have been clean but a win's a
win.
7.) Scott Hall
He managed a win over a former UFC fighter and didn't even have
to deliver the knockout blow.
8.) The Miz
Having Mr. Kennedy in his corner proved ineffective but "The
Awesome One" still managed to eliminate a tournament favorite
thanks to a distraction by another blond-haired wrestler.
9.) Chris Jericho
Yes, he lost to Akira Tozawa but Tozawa didn't look like a
winner after Jericho was through with him. On top of that he
made a huge impact in the Cream of the Crop tournament by
helping in the elimination of CM Punk.
10.) AJ Styles
"The Phenomenal One" had his match won against Bret Hart but
fell victim to Bobby Heenan and an unfortunate low-blow.
11.) CM Punk
"The Straight Edge Saviour" dominated Miz for most of their
encounter but still walks away from the first episode of SXE:
Savage with a loss thanks to Chris Jericho.
12.) Akira Tozawa
Tozawa had an amazing performance against Chris Jericho in their
match but then fell victim to an ambush at the hands of Y/J.
13.) Johnny Gargano
Johnny Wrestling had a valiant performance against Cody Rhodes
and despite the fact that he lost the match, he refused to tap
out to the "American Nightmare" and that has to count for
something.
14.) Sami Zayn
What was supposed to be a triumphant, shock debut for Sami Zayn
turned into a disappointing night when he fell at the feet of
Kevin Owens and later received a Stunner from Stone Cold
himself.
15.) Shawn Michaels
HBK fell to his own creation. Not a good day at the office.
16.) Ric Flair
"The Nature Boy" did not have a good night. He "wrestled" Apollo
Crews to a double countout and was later forced into retreat by
"The One Man Army."
17.) Apollo Crews
Apollo had momentum when he managed to run Ric Flair and Mr.
Perfect to the back but all that was lost when he was dismantled
at the hands of The Shield.
18.) Matt Riddle
Not only did he lose to fellow "Paul Heyman guy" Scott Hall, but
he did so by knocking himself out.
19.) Kenny Omega
"The Cleaner" did not appear on SXE: Savage but the announcement
of his arrival has been making waves in the pro wrestling world.
It'll be interesting to see him take on Mr. Kennedy next Sunday.
20.) Titus O'Neil
Arguably, nobody had a worse night than Titus O'Neil. Both of
his clients went down to brutal attacks and both ended up in the
hospital by the end of the night.

1.) Cody Rhodes -- UP from #5
The leader of the locker room this week is this Billionaire.
Between ensuring that his teammate Chad Gable advanced in the
tournament and defending his fallen brother, Finn Balor, Cody
had a great week.
2.) Chad Gable -- [NEW]
Defeating Steve Austin is a big deal, even if it is done with a
little help. Beating down The Shield is also a big deal, even
if it is done with a lot of help.
3.) Roman Reigns -- [SAME]
Roman Reigns keeps his spot at number three despite ending up
unconscious at the end of the show thanks to his win over Finn
Balor and his general presence throughout the show.
4.) Seth Rollins -- DOWN from #3
Seth Rollins defeated Mr. Perfect in impressive fashion but a
win over Perfect in the second match is not the same as a win
over Balor in the Main Event.
5.) "Stunning" Steve Austin -- DOWN from #1
In his first match since 2003, Steve Austin lost.
Understandable, but not ideal.
6.) The Dynasty -- [NEW]
Kazuchika Okada, Samoa Joe, and John Cena were the only stable
in SXE to win each of their respective First Round matches with
no help from anyone. Impressive stuff.
7.) Mr. Kennedy -- [NEW]
Kennedy defeated a very hyped Kenny Omega in 01:12. Not bad.
8.) The Miz -- [SAME]
On one hand, Miz did get kicked unconscious on Savage but on the
other hand, he helped his friend win his match.
9.) Bobby Roode -- [NEW]
"The Glorious One" got a clean win over "The Eater of Worlds."
Not bad.
10.) Akira Tozawa -- UP from #12
Tozawa did not compete on Savage but he did get some retribution
on behalf of Titus Worldwide on The Shield.
11.) Finn Balor -- [NEW]
The billionaire did main event SXE: Savage... but he lost
cleanly.
12.) Dean Ambrose -- DOWN from #3
Out of all members of The Shield, nobody had it worse than Dean
Ambrose. Not only did he get beat down by nine other men but he
also lost his match against Kazuchika Okada.
13.) Apollo Crews -- UP from #17
Apollo got some vengeance on The Shield and he advanced into the
next round of the tournament.
14.) Kevin Owens -- DOWN from #4
KO may not have competed on this week's show but he still
delivered a strong message to Sami Zayn and Steve Austin in the
form of a pre-taped interview.
15.) Titus O'Neil -- UP from #20
Titus took matters into his own hands this week when he assisted
in beating down The Shield. Not normal for a manager but Titus
is not your average manager.
16.) Rusev -- [NEW]
Rusev had a good performance against Samoa Joe but he still
lost.
17.) Daniel Bryan -- DOWN from #2
Down 15 spots due to inactivity.
18.) Bray Wyatt -- [NEW]
Not a good start for Bray Wyatt. He lost to Bobby Roode.
19.) Curt Hawkins -- [NEW]
Bad loss to John Cena.
20.) Kenny Omega -- DOWN from #19
Losing your first match in less than a minute and a half is not
good.

1.) Chad Gable -- UP from #2
For the second consecutive week, a member of the Billionaire
Forum is at the number one spot in our Power 20 list. Gable's
win over Kevin Owens makes him the most powerful man in SXE this
week. He's in great form.
2.) Roman Reigns -- UP from #3
Once again, Roman Reigns puts down a Billionaire in the Main
Event of Savage.
3.) Seth Rollins -- UP from #4
His win over John Cena definitely comes with a huge asterisk but
in the end, "The Architect" is the one going to the
Quarter-Finals.
4.) Kazuchika Okada -- UP from #6
Kazuchika proved that he is the best Japanese-born wrestler in
all of SXE Wrestling with his decisive victory over Akira
Tozawa. He faces "The Enforcer" next week.
5.) Cody Rhodes -- DOWN from #1
Cody had a strong performance against Roman Reigns this week but
couldn't seal the deal in the end.
6.) The Miz -- UP from #8
The Miz got his ass kicked by his best friend on Savage, but his
intellect along with his lack of morals allowed him to pick up
the victory and advance in the tournament.
7.) Bobby Roode -- UP from #9
Yet another win that comes with an asterisk but regardless,
Bobby Roode picked up a win over "The Destroyer" and that's a
big deal.
8.) Scott Hall w/ Paul Heyman -- [NEW]
Scott Hall had dropped off the Power 20 due to inactivity last
week, but his massive win over Daniel Bryan lands him right back
at #8.
9.) Apollo Crews w/ Titus O'Neil -- UP from #13
Apollo had a very dominant win over Bret Hart. He was looking
to prove himself and that's exactly what he did this week. He
faces Seth Rollins next week.
10.) Samoa Joe -- DOWN from #6
There is no shame in losing to the "NEW" Bobby Roode, but "The
Destroyer" cannot be distracted by another competitor.
Especially not the one he beat last week.
11.) Finn Balor -- [SAME]
Balor managed Gable to victory and got the bonus of beating Dean
Ambrose up... twice.
12.) Mr. Kennedy -- DOWN from #7
Mr. Kennedy was having himself a pretty good night up until he
showed remorse for The Miz and allowed his best friend to
capitalize on it.
13.) Dean Ambrose -- DOWN from #12
Ambrose goes down a spot for getting beat up by Finn Balor and
costing Kevin Owens, a man he was supporting, his match.
14.) John Cena -- DOWN from #6
John Cena was ambushed backstage before his match and that cost
him advancement in the Cream of the Crop Tournament. The
Dynasty will surely not bee too happy about that next week, but
this week Cena is out of the Top 10.
15.) Rusev -- UP from #16
Last week Rusev lost to Samoa Joe. This week, he got him back
by costing him the loss against Rusev's new ally, Bobby Roode.
16.) Shawn Michaels & Matt Riddle -- [NEW]
An unlikely pairing but boy, are they dominant? They made an
example out of Daniel Bryan this week and rumor has it that they
have their eye on the Tag Team Titles.
17.) CM Punk -- [NEW]
CM Punk gets on this list completely out of compassion from the
SXEnews.com team. Have strength CM Punk. What you have gone
through is very traumatic.
18.) Daniel Bryan -- DOWN from #17
Daniel Bryan almost had Scott Hall until Paul Heyman stuck his
nose in. Bryan was then knocked unconscious by all three Heyman
Hustlers.
19.) Bret Hart -- [NEW]
Bret Hart's been quiet... too quiet. And he looked unprepared
for his match versus Apollo Crews.
20.) "Stunning" Steve Austin -- DOWN from #5
Down 15 spots due to inactivity.
