       Unbann apply shoold be lik this exemple-
       *Your in-game name: Dr.Pepper
       *Ban reason as was stated in-game: Constant rulebreaking, Script
       abuse.
       *Admin who banned you: Prince
       *When you were banned: 09-05-2013 01:03 (or something)
       *I don't know what happend exactly.
       Caion warned me before for my behaviour in-game, and after that
       i actually started to adapt to the other players (As Prince
       mentioned)
       I was being chased by cops, suddenly i saw in the chat box that
       i was cuffed, but i didn't surrendered.
       5 seconds after that i got banned for Constant rulebreaking and
       Script abuse.
       *I didn't break the rules, and i didn't abuse any script.
       *I was banned before i even could say that i was bugged.
       ------------ I got off my bike and quickly typed /freeze,
       normally the script freezes you, but i didn't got frozen so i
       thought that i typed it when i was still on my bike, so i got
       back on and drove away.
