       Elektronista sits on the CPH Opera Festivals advisory board and
       pushes for the digital change. The classical genre like so much
       else is undergoing digital change and this means in particular
       that opera literally gets more beyond the edge of the stage.
       More performances are being live streamed opera stars like

       on social media opera blogs like operatraveller.com have
       achieved great internet success virtual reality performances are
       being experimented with and music services like Spotify are
       enabling new listeners to jump in without having to invest in
       expensive plates.
       In Denmark  the Copenhagen Opera Festival July  to August  gives
       the entire capital the opportunity to experience live opera in

       The Opera Festivals new director the international tenor star
       Peter Lodahl has ambitions to lift opera to a younger audience
       and focus and accessibility. We must be present on social media
       and also ensure that our guests themselves have the opportunity
       to share their experiences through their own channels. We have
       started it this year but aim to go all in on digital over the
       next few years with e.g.  degree live streaming.
