       Congratulations to those people who made it here!
       The approach to using the forum that we are suggesting is to put
       all requests for each day into a single topic, and topics have
       been set up for each day and rank in advance to make this easy.
       When you're looking to swap, all the duties that people are
       trying to offload will be available in a single topic. I have
       relocated a few posts from people that didn't follow this
       pattern to the relevant topic: I hope those people whose posts I
       moved will excuse me!
