Server Reset?

Okay so I've heard from a friend of mine who plays this server
that the server has reset all non donator/staff in order to fix
the apparent 'bad' economy.
If this is true, I wanna know why somebody who has paid a few $
gets to keep their stats and items and those of us who have
dedicated our time to the server lose everything?
I thought that an eco reset would require losing items, so why
is it that my (and everyone elses) stats have been reset when it
has nothing to do with the economy? 4 days. 4 days of constant
dedication to the server to max my skills, and 5 prestiges to
get pernix, along with the countless number of hours skilling
and bossing in order to create a sustainable account.
Clearly if this is the case, then it proves that money comes
first, and dedication means nothing. I don't want to be part of
a server that works that way.
Consider this my quitting post. I'd like to thank Snowy for
being awesome and helping me out a lot, and Mjrwr for the few
laughs :p along with everyone else who I met the past few days.

I've been hanging around the past day in hopes of what Golden
said on this post might be true, but that is yet to happen.
You may be right in saying that the eco was messed up, but why
is it that us players were punished for it? Who hosted a drop
party at 15 players? The staff.
Not to mention that Moderator (forgot his name) who gave
everyone claws.
The bad eco was made purely through staff decisions, so I do not
see the logic in resetting all non-donator accounts. It makes no
sense, its completely contradictory, and the only people paying
for it is us normal players.
I'm not gonna lie, I do wanna play the server, but if this reset
sticks, and donators get to keep their items, it only shows me 2
things:
1. The server only cares about money
2. Staff won't take responsibility for ruining the eco by giving
rares.
I hope for the sake of the server that things change, then I may
consider coming back.

not at all the reason it was reset it was reset because
superdonor mobs the monsters dropped too many keys and rare
stuff therefore fucking up eco. i quote cow said "i have 70 keys
in my invo"

But Snowy, if its the superdonor mobs who were dropping too many
items then why have non donors been reset but the donators
themselves haven't?
My main issue is the fact that stats have been reset when it has
nothing to do with eco. You're my favorite admin on this server,
I would think you'd agree with me when I say it is unfair to
reset normal players' stats, even though the problem stems from
donator mobs which only donators have access to?
All I want is for normal players to have their hard earned stats
back, especially when some of us have dedicated so much time to
playing the server. C'mon Snowy, surely you think its unfair
too.

Golden said stats might be restored yes i know its not fair and
this was a huge setback to losing tons of players i will talk to
golden and reece but items can not be recovered stats maybe

I'm sorry to hear that players have been lost. I am more than
willing to come back if at least stats get restored, because
banks can be made again with those stats.
I appreciate that you understand the situation and that you're
trying to sort something out. I'll be active on the forums the
next day or so to see if any decisions have been made.
