A few minor complaints and fixes

So I'll start with the Pest Control mini-game. It doesn't give
the points after you kill all 4 portals and the monsters don't
die when you fight them.
Second the rare shop is way to damn high I think and many others
think, I mean seriously 2500 penguin kills for a phat? I think
it should be at most 2000 points so that it's reasonable
Third, there isn't a telleport for the Dark Beasts anymore..
why?

The first and the third I can do it but the second only if Reece
accept to change I should change.

mj phats will be more rare and we probably wont even have a shop
for them once we become a popular server so i dont think reece
would change the shop prices to just bring down the eco 2500
penguins for a phat is actually good
