       Official Rules

       Inappropriate Language & Flaming.
       * Simply not allowed, we're a social environment designed for
       both adults and children.
       *Any excessive profanity, or vulgar statements will be muted
       without warning, and must submit an appeal.
       *Trolling/Stalking of any registered player of SwanScape and any
       of its property is not allowed. Anyone offending will be banned,
       depending on sevarity could be sustainable to civil/federal
       prosecution.
       Advertising/Invasion of other communities.
       * Advertising of any material not supported by SwanScape on our
       forums, Teamspeak, ingame content is strictly forbidden. Anyone
       interested in affiliation with SwanScape shall contact an
       administrator
       Spamming
       * No Spamming on Forums
       * While posting on forums, ensure you are posting in the
       appropriate topic of the subject matter.
       In-Game Rules
       * Any macroing program* Includes ( Auto-Clicker - Auto-Talker -
       Key/Action Recorder - or any program used to gain in-game
       without effort ) is not allowed, and will be punished.
       * There is to be no vulgar, or obscene usernames, any created
       will be banned with no appeal.
       * Scamming items in any fashion is not allowed. We want all of
       our players to have an equal playing experience.
       * Account sharing is not allowed. You should be the only person
       to know your password, and to access your account.
       * Multi-logging for gold-farming is not allowed, anyone caught
       will be susceptibl to punishment.
       Abuse
       * Anyone found guilty of duping will have their account reset,
       or banned depending on circumstances.
       * Anyone found guilty of abusing any bug and or glitch will be
       banned.
       * Anyone threatening to attack SwanScape, or any registered user
       of SwanScape with a DDOS, or any other harmful attack will be
       susceptible to civil and or federal lawsuits pertaining to the
       country which the attacker(s) is located.
       * Anyone found guilty upon evidence proof of hacking or scamming
       will banned, (This includes staking) actions will be processed
       upon player ban appeal submission.
       Donations
       * You are allowed to donate for yourself, and yourself only.
       * There is to be no purchase/trading of donator status for
       payment of SwanScape gold/items, or any payment not directed to
       the SwanScape donation/store page.
       Disclaimers
       * SwanScape staff are not responsible for item loss due to
       scams, trust trades, staking or betting. These actions are in
       the responsibility of the player, not SwanScape.
