       Warning System Questions

       I have some questions about The Warning System...
       1.) Is there any way for to allow certain usergroups or users to
       use the warning system if they are not Moderators. I would like
       certain people to be able to use the warning system but not have
       all of the power of a Moderator if its possible. If so that
       would really help me out.
       2.) Is there a way for someone using the warning system to warn
       another user without having to visit their profile. I thought
       there is some kind of button under their name when they make a
       post that you can use to warn them instead. Does such a thing
       exist on these forums?

       1) Admin>CP>Members>Permissions
       From here, select the member group you want to be able to warn
       and check the box "Issue warnings to members"
       2) There should be a small triangle looking button at the bottom
       of every post near the IP Address where you can issue a warning
       via post.
