2 questions regarding to languages and video tag

Dear admins
1/I have been trying to custom my own forum but can't custom the
lang. Do you guys support other languages except for English?
I meant, I want all control panel, whole forum is in other
languages not just the posts
2/How do I put videos like Youtube on my website? what tags?
I've seen Simple Audio Video Embeder on your homepage but can't
find it in the admin control panel

1. We only support English for the user interface
2. Built in only enter the link in post to embed

Sorry if I didn't make myself clear.
Many of the members to my new smffreehosting forum come from
other SMF powered forums where they can see the full youtube
video when they click into 'View the most recent posts on the
forum

/>On my new forum you only see the URL of the video in 'View the
most recent posts on the forum

/>and have to go to the actual post to see the video without
clicking on the URL.
I'm asking if there is a way that the full video can be seen in
'View the most recent posts on the forum
